Influencer Marketing

How much does influencer marketing cost?

Influencer marketing campaigns typically range from $2,000 to $15,000+ depending on the number of influencers, content deliverables, usage rights, and campaign duration. Micro-influencer activations (1K–25K followers) typically cost $100–$1,000 per influencer. Mid-tier (25K–100K) typically cost $500–$3,500. Our average cost per view across campaigns is $0.025.

How do you find and vet influencers?

We source influencers based on audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, geographic relevance, and brand alignment. Every influencer is vetted before activation — we review content history, audience authenticity, past brand partnerships, and check for non-compete conflicts. For X Shadyside, we evaluated 25+ influencers to lock 8 for Campaign 2.

What does an influencer campaign include?

A typical campaign includes: strategy development, influencer sourcing & vetting, contract negotiation, creative direction, on-site content shoot coordination, content approval workflow, posting schedule management, performance tracking, and end-of-campaign analytics reporting. We manage the entire process end-to-end.

Digital Advertising

How much does digital advertising cost?

Management fees typically range from $1,500 to $5,000 per month plus your ad spend budget. We work across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube. Our MFPAA nonprofit campaign delivered a $1.56 CPC — 87% below the $3.97 industry benchmark — on a $3,645 media budget.

How do you measure campaign success?

We track CPM (cost per thousand impressions), CPC (cost per click), CTR (click-through rate), engagement rate, link clicks, conversions, and ROI. Every campaign includes detailed analytics reporting benchmarked against industry standards so you can see exactly how your investment performed.

Organic Social Media

How much does organic social media management cost?

Organic social management typically ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 per month depending on the number of platforms, posting frequency, content production needs, and community management scope. This includes strategy, content creation, scheduling, engagement, and monthly analytics reporting.

How long does it take to see results from organic social?

Organic social is a long game. Expect 3–6 months of consistent posting to build meaningful momentum. For Sylvan Gardens, we drove 38K+ total impact and +275 net followers over 9 months of management — all with zero ad spend. The compound effect of consistent, quality content is the value proposition.

Content Production

How much does content production cost?

Content production ranges from $1,500 to $10,000+ per project depending on scope. A gym tour video package (1 video + 10 reels + 30 photos) runs approximately $1,775. A comprehensive production (20 videos + 60 photos + 1 drone video) runs approximately $4,000. We use professional cinema cameras (Sony Fx3), lighting, stabilizers, and drones.

Influencer Coaching

What is influencer coaching?

Influencer coaching is our 1-on-1 program that teaches influencers how to pitch brands, negotiate rates, build media kits, develop personal branding, create rate strategies, and turn content creation into a sustainable career. It's for influencers who are ready to treat their platform as a business.

Process & Working Together

Do you require long-term contracts?

It depends on the service. Influencer campaigns are project-based with no long-term commitment. Organic social management and digital advertising typically operate on monthly retainers with 30–90 day termination clauses. We use formal Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for all engagements.

Can you help with nonprofit marketing?

Yes. We manage paid media and comprehensive marketing strategy for McCandless-Franklin Park Ambulance Authority (MFPAA), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) EMS provider serving McCandless, Franklin Park, Marshall, Pine, and Bradford Woods. Our capital campaign raised $47,139 from 446 donors in 30 days.
